Hayley is a Master’s-level Counselling Psychology practicum student currently completing her degree through Yorkville University. She has experience supporting individuals and couples, with a special focus on helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and grief.

Hayley believes that therapy works best when clients feel comfortable and supported. She takes time to cultivate a warm, welcoming environment where clients can feel safe to be vulnerable, without fear of judgment. Kim is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Nursing degree, and a Certificate of Competence in Gerontological Nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association.

Kim has worked extensively with adults over the age of 16, couples, and families, helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, personality disorders, disordered eating, life cycle changes, aging and chronic illness, grief and loss, family cut-offs and estrangements, and relationship issues including infidelity. In addition to her therapy work, she continues to practice as a nurse in rehabilitation and geriatrics, which adds depth and compassion to her holistic approach.

Clients appreciate Kim’s attachment-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered style. She draws from approaches including Bowen Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and DBT. Meredith is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 25 years of experience supporting adults, seniors, and older teens. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University.

Meredith has a rich and diverse background, having worked with international aid organizations, the Province of Manitoba, March of Dimes Canada, Shared Health (MAiD), Manitoba Blue Cross EAP, and Help Clinic Canada. She has also volunteered with the Canadian Red Cross. Meredith offers support around grief, loss, stress, disability, adult caregiving, life transitions, burnout, and post-disaster recovery.
